01What should I check before requesting a parcel?
Review the actual warehouse photos for each item, compare measurements, and check that the selected colour and quantity match your order. Then confirm packed dimensions, route restrictions, your delivery address and all charges before paying for international shipping.
02What should I compare in the product photos?
Check the item’s shape, colour, material details and visible labels against the listing you intend to buy. Seller images describe the listing; source reference photos can show another order or batch. Neither confirms the condition of your own order.
03Why can my chosen option cost more than the card price?
The catalogue price is a reference. A different size, version, colour or quantity may have a different current price on the purchasing page. Confirm the exact selected options, any domestic delivery charge and the total before placing the order.
04Should I remove all original packaging?
Decide separately for each item. Smaller packaging can reduce volume, but fragile goods may need protection and original boxes can matter for storage. Ask for the packed dimensions and review the available packaging services before choosing.
05Can I put fragrance or electronics in the same parcel?
Route acceptance depends on the specific goods and destination. Liquids, batteries and other restricted items may have special rules or be excluded. Check the actual item description and the chosen route before combining products; this directory does not approve goods for transport.
06Are the seller gallery and QC reference photos interchangeable?
No. The top gallery comes from the matched original Weidian seller listing when available. The lower section contains source-directory reference photos. Neither is the inspection report for your own order; use your actual warehouse photos for that decision.
07Does the product price include international delivery?
No. Reference prices cover the listed item only. Domestic delivery, services, international freight, packaging, exchange conversion and applicable taxes may add to the total. Check the full amount before paying.
08Can the size label tell me whether an item fits?
A label such as M or L is not enough across different sellers. Compare the listing measurements and any available warehouse measurements with a similar item you already own. Ask for clarification while the item is still within the applicable return period.
09Does this comparison panel select an item for me?
It explains three things to review: photos, size and options, and the full cost. It does not choose a size, confirm stock or submit an order. Make the final selection on the current Joyagoo product page after checking the listing details.
10Where do I place an order or ask about a delivery?
Use the item’s Joyagoo link to review the current listing, available options and final price. Orders, payments, warehouse services and delivery support are handled on Joyagoo. Parcel Guide is an independent information site and some outgoing links are affiliate links.
